Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to compare plans and order from Taekni, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or other assistive technology.

Our goal

This site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We test it with automated checks and keyboard testing in light and dark mode, at phone and desktop widths.

What the site supports

• Every page and control works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a link to skip to the content.
• Text meets WCAG contrast ratios in both light and dark mode, and the layout works at 400% zoom.
• Videos are decorative, silent and never needed to understand a page.
• The pause button in the header stops the videos and the blinking lights. They also stay still if your device is set to reduce motion.
• The server-room sound is off until you turn it on.

Known limitations

Checkout, billing and your account run in our client area, and game servers are managed in our game panel. Both are third-party software that we configure but don't build, so they may not meet the same standard as this site. If something there blocks you, tell us and we'll help you finish what you were doing.
